July: What’s in season?

There is nothing better than FRESH SUMMER fruits + veggies. To combat getting bored in the kitchen, we spice things up by cooking with produce that is in season (and local, if you can).

This is a fun way to learn about new food and get out of the habit of rotating the same ‘ol same ‘ol, 7-10 recipes.

Ways to combat-the-boring and get creative in the kitchen:

  1. Look at what’s in season

  2. Learn some new recipes that call for the in-season fruits + veggies

  3. Make a date out of it with your person. Go to a new farmer’s market. Cook together. Find a new recipe. Find a farm and go harvest something yourself. Hell, learn how to sprout and grow something yourself.

Here’s what’s in-season this month (and your go-to’s for your grocery list)!
