Some called it lifestyle… we simply call it LIFE.

We are proponents for movement and activity, and have created a day-to-day approach to life that encompasses optimizing both. We eat clean and eat well, fill up our creative buckets daily, research supplementation and nutrition, read and study philosophy and thought leadership, create incredible experiences with our close friends and family, stay physically active and move our bodies daily, meditate, spend time outdoors and in nature, and we also play and let loose every once in a while.

Sam’s health goal is to surf until she’s 120. Colin’s health goal is to be able to accomplish whatever physical or mental feat he wants to accomplish at any age. We love to share our knowledge and our beliefs about holistic health with our friends, family, and followers.
