Side Piece: Roasted Citrus Garlic Brussels
Another easy, super yummy, incredibly healthy side dish for your dinner (or leftovers for your next-day salad). Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
1 bag of organic Brussel sprouts (2 bags if you’ve got a bunch of mouths to feed)
1 Lemon or Lime - whatever your preference is
3 TBSP Olive Oil
Black Pepper
How To: (Peep the vid)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat a baking sheet, a Pyrex, or a LeCreuset/ cast iron or ceramic oven-safe pan with olive oil
Dump your Brussels on your sheet (ProTip: if you like Brussels extra crispy, cut them in half before baking)
Squeeze your lime or lemon juice over your brussels
Coat your Brussels with 2-3 TBSP olive oil, salt, pepper
Bake for 25min, or until the edges are crispy
