How To

  • Preheat oven to 450

  • Coat the bottom of a Pyrex or baking sheet with 1-2 TBSP olive oil

  • Cut your SP’s into cubes

  • Throw them in your baking pan/Pyrex

  • Top with olive oil, salt, pepper (Feel free to throw herbs on top. Parsley is always good!)

  • Bake for 35-45min or until golden, crispy
