Easy Dinner: Whole Roasted Chicken
Prep: 5min
Chop 1 Onion
Peel 1 Clove of Garlic
Grab some Organic Fresh Herbs (Sage, Thyme, Rosemary)
LeCreuset or any oven-safe pan with a lid will do; we prefer ceramic or cast-iron
Olive Oil
1 Whole Organic Free Range Chicken
How To
Pre-Heat the oven to 200 degrees
Coat the bottom of your pan with olive oil
Chop your onion; throw it in your pan
Peel your garlic; throw it in your pan
Place your chicken in the pan; make sure you get a chicken with the guts and neck already removed so you don’t have to scoop it out yourself)
Put your herbs on top of the chicken
Add salt pepper and 1-2 TBSP of olive oil on top
Cover and bake for 3-4 hours
Pro Tip: if you want that golden brown skin, uncover your pan in the oven 20min before serving, and let your chicken turn crispy, golden brown
