Easy Dinner: Whole Roasted Chicken

Prep: 5min

  • Chop 1 Onion

  • Peel 1 Clove of Garlic

  • Grab some Organic Fresh Herbs (Sage, Thyme, Rosemary)

  • LeCreuset or any oven-safe pan with a lid will do; we prefer ceramic or cast-iron

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 Whole Organic Free Range Chicken

How To

  • Pre-Heat the oven to 200 degrees

  • Coat the bottom of your pan with olive oil

  • Chop your onion; throw it in your pan

  • Peel your garlic; throw it in your pan

  • Place your chicken in the pan; make sure you get a chicken with the guts and neck already removed so you don’t have to scoop it out yourself)

  • Put your herbs on top of the chicken

  • Add salt pepper and 1-2 TBSP of olive oil on top

  • Cover and bake for 3-4 hours

  • Pro Tip: if you want that golden brown skin, uncover your pan in the oven 20min before serving, and let your chicken turn crispy, golden brown
