Easy Dinner: Bolongese
Grocery List
1-2lbs of Wagyu Beef OR Free Range Organic Beef OR Turkey (amount is purely preference/depends on. the number of mouths you’re feeding)
1 Yellow or White Onion
1 clove of fresh organic garlic
Marinara Sauce (Tomato, garlic, Italian herbs + spices. Get a pre-made one if you’re like us and want to save some time, or find a recipe and make your own. Read the ingredients label to make sure there is no garbage in your marinara)
Tagliatelle Pasta Noodles (if you can find a lentil or chickpea pasta, you’re winning)
Fresh oregano, parsley, bail; If you can find an organic Italian Herb blend with no bullshit ingredients, feel free to use that too

How To
Simmer 1 TBSP olive oil, sliced onion, chopped garlic on low for 30-45min, covered (caramelize your onions)
Add meat and herbs; cook on low for 30 min, covered; stir/break up your meat every 5-10min
Add marinara and and more herbs; cook on low, covered, for 2-5hrs, until it’s thick like a paste
Boil your pasta 10min before you want to eat dinner
Turn the heat up on your sauce to Medium while your pasta is cooking
Enjoy
