Dump 1/4 - 1/2 cup of chia seeds in your Mason Jar
Fill the jar up with nut milk
Pro Tip: You can put fruit in at this point to give it some more flavor
Put the top on your mason jar
Shake
Throw it in the fridge + leave it for 4-12 hours
Eat.
