How To

  • Dump 1/4 - 1/2 cup of chia seeds in your Mason Jar

  • Fill the jar up with nut milk

  • Pro Tip: You can put fruit in at this point to give it some more flavor

  • Put the top on your mason jar

  • Shake

  • Throw it in the fridge + leave it for 4-12 hours

  • Eat.
