Easy Breakfast: Avo Smash + Eggs

…and a breakfast salad, of course.

Makes 1 serving

Eggs

2 Pasture-Raised Organic Eggs

1 TBSP EVOO in your frying pan

Fry until they’re exactly how you like them. We like them over-easy, over-medium, or soft-scrambled.

Toast

1 piece of Base Culture Sourdough, toasted

1/2 Avocado, smashed in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic, minced onion, cilantro (Pro Tip: If you don’t have fresh onion and garlic, sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder into the mix)

Put your Smash on top of your toasted bread.

Put your eggs on top of your avocado smash.

Breakfast Salad

1 handful of Mixed Greens/ Spring Mix

1/4 handful Green Kale

1/8 handful Chopped Cilantro

1/8 handful Chopped Mint

Sprinkle of Crunchy Mix (from Whole Foods in the sprouts section)

1/4 Pink Lady Apple, cubed

12 Blueberries

6 Blackberries

1/2 TBSP EVOO

Celtic Sea Salt

Black Pepper
