15min Breakfast: Breakfast Tacos

You can make anything into a taco, but breakfast tacos are a favorite in our house.

It’s easy - scramble some eggs, throw ‘em on a heated tortilla, toast whatever you want on top — boom, done.

Scramble Secrets

  • Cook LOW and SLOW — I set our stovetop between 3-4. If you cook onion + garlic prior to your eggs, let them cook, then take the pan off the burner and let it all cool down before dumping your eggs into the pan.

  • Whip your spices + herbs into your eggs, make sure your pan is warm (not hot) before your pour your eggs in.

  • Use a silicone spatula (so it doesn’t melt - we use these ones) to scrape the bottom of the pan, never letting the eggs cook to the bottom of the pan.
